Do I need to be registered to purchase locations?

No, you can go through the checkout process without being a registered member. Registered members do have benefits such as being able to view their order history (and purchased coordinates) at any time.

When do I receive my coordinates?

Individual locations are processed immediately and you receive your order instantly on the email address specified during checkout. If you were logged in during purchase you will be able to view all your previous orders at any time on your account page. Bundles require payment verification and can take up to 24 hours to process. Your bundle will be delivered as a KMZ attached to the email. This file can be viewed using Google Earth.

Is it possible to update my previously bought bundle?

We offer a bundle upgrade package. When you order this you will receive the current release of all bundles you previously bought on UE4Sale for one low price.

Which payment options are accepted on UE4Sale?

We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, Bancontact, Ideal, Giropay, EPS, Multibanco and Przelewy24.

How safe and secure are transactions?

All information that you submit is encrypted with 128 bit SSL encryption.

I have locations that are not yet on UE4Sale, what are my options?

You may trade items or sell them on the site and earn half of all sales.

I lost my order email, how do I retrieve my previously purchased locations?

If you were registered at the time of the purchase you can find all your orders on your account page. If you ordered as a guest then you will need to contact us with your order number or email used during checkout.

Do you offer refunds or trade-ins?

When you report a demolished or renovated location you purchased in the last 14 days and provide some form of verification (image, news article, …) you are eligible for a free location of choice as compensation.
