Do I need to be registered to purchase locations?
No, you can go through the checkout process without being a registered member. Registered members do have benefits such as being able to view their order history and subscribe to bundle updates.
Is it possible to update my previously bought bundle?
We offer both single purchase bundle updates as well as subscription based services. When you buy a one time bundle upgrade you will receive the current release of all bundles you previously bought on UE4Sale. Subscribing grants you access to the latest versions at any time for the duration of your subscription.
I subscribed, how do I get access to the latest bundles?
We share the maps through Google Drive. You will need to have a (free) Google account to access the files.
How long do bundle subscriptions last?
Subscriptions last until they are cancelled. This can be done at any time from your account dashboard.
Which payment options are accepted on UE4Sale?
We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, Bancontact, Ideal, Giropay, EPS, Multibanco and Przelewy24 for non subscription based products. PayPal and Credit Cards can be used to subscribe to bundle updates.
When do I receive my coordinates?
Individual locations are processed immediately and you receive your coordinates instantly. Bundles require payment verification and can take up to 24 hours to process.
How safe and secure are transactions?
All information that you submit is encrypted with 128 bit SSL encryption.
I lost my order email, how do I retrieve my previously purchased locations?
If you were registered at the time of the purchase you can find all your orders on your account page. If you ordered as a guest then you will need to contact us with your order number. This can usually be retrieved from your bank or payment gateway logs.
Do you offer refunds or trade-ins?
When you report a demolished or renovated location you purchased in the last 14 days and provide some form of verification (image, news article, …) you are eligible for a free location of choice as compensation.
